Nethery Planning’s founder brings nearly two decades of professional planning experience, work across more than 30 Ontario municipalities as well as Alberta, Nova Scotia, and New Zealand, and a reputation for making zoning and land use planning more accessible, practical, and even enjoyable.

Joe Nethery, BES, MPA, MCIP, RPP, is a Registered Professional Planner with a background shaped by public practice, major municipal files, and complex land use matters. His work is grounded in positivity, stability, transparency, and balance — values that carry through both the technical side of planning and the human side of relationships.
